Our Printing Process

Pre-Treatment

We apply a bonding layer so ink adheres properly, giving your design lasting color and durability.

DTG Printer

Once dried, the shirt goes into our Brother GTX Pro—cutting-edge DTG tech that delivers vibrant, long-lasting prints.

Teflon Press

A final heat press using a Teflon sheet cures the ink into the fabric, enhancing durability and print quality.

Dryer and Final Steps

After pressing, the shirt goes through a standard dryer to fully cure the ink—then it’s packed and ready to ship.
